RECAP OF PREVIOUS EVENT

Our 2024 Annual Conference, “Eclipsing the Ordinary, Emerging Extraordinary,” in San Antonio, Texas, had over 150 attendees and over 30 exhibitors. Attendees considered how words and relationships impact culture and results in Logan Weber’s session called “Some Days You’re the Pigeon, Some Days the Statue.” We learned about delivering feedback that drives high performance, how AI is driving dark web threats, and relationship intelligence, plus other discussions, quick surveys on various aspects of OMS practices, and opportunities to meet other practice managers, and practical sessions with key opinion leaders in the field of oral surgery office administration.

Airport options

Getting to San Francisco

When planning your air travel to San Francisco and our conference hotel, you’ll want to fly into San Francisco International Airport (SFO), which is 17 miles from the hotel and offers convenient options no matter where you’re flying in from.


The hotel does not provide airport transport to the airport, but there are taxi cabs and ride share services available at the airport.

Travel Timing

We hope you’ll make travel plans so that you won’t miss any of the conference events! These times are tentative and subject to change.


The pre-conference course begins at 8 AM on Sunday, April 6. So if you will be attending the Sunday pre-conference course (topic TBA), you should arrive on Saturday.


New Members, those who joined since the 2024 conference, are invited to join us at 5 PM Sunday evening for a new member mixer. We’ll be drawing for some prizes at this event–must be present to win!


  • The conference officially opens at 6 PM with the sponsor champagne reception, followed at 6:30 by the opening networking reception.
  • Monday’s sessions begin at 8 AM and end at 4 PM. The Monday evening event is TBA.
  • Tuesday’s sessions begin at 8 AM and end at 4:45 PM.
  • Wednesday’s sessions begin at 8 AM and we’ll wrap up the conference by 12:30 PM. We will provide a grab and go box lunch that you’ll be able to take with you if you have to hustle off to the airport.
